Service Agreement (Public Offer)

Terms of use for Cheap-Host services

Last updated: August 31, 2026

01

General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer (agreement) of the Cheap-Host service (hereinafter — Provider) and governs the provision of virtual private servers (VPS/VDS), NAT VPS line servers, and related services to individuals and entities (hereinafter — User).

Registration of an account in the Provider's control panel, placing an order, or making a payment for any services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this public offer.

02

Subject of the Agreement

The Provider agrees to provide virtual infrastructure services (vCPU computing resources, RAM, NVMe storage, network ports, and IP addresses) according to the selected plan, and the User agrees to accept and timely pay for these services.

Services are provided on an 'as is' basis. The Provider maintains a target infrastructure uptime of 99.9% and ensures stable node performance, but does not guarantee compatibility with custom third-party software.

03

Payment, Server Lifecycle & Deletion Policy

All services are provided on a 100% prepayment basis. There are no hidden or unauthorized recurring charges on external bank cards.

The server is automatically turned off at the exact expiration timestamp. Access is restored immediately upon confirmed renewal payment.

An expired server is kept in a grace period for 24 to 72 hours, after which it is permanently and irreversibly deleted along with disks, backups, firewall rules, and NAT ports. Data recovery after deletion is technically impossible.

04

Refund & Early Cancellation Policy

The User has the right to request a refund of unused account balance within the first 24 hours from initial payment, minus actual expenses and payment processor fees.

Upon voluntary early deletion of an active server by the User, the unused value is calculated: paid amount multiplied by the remaining time ratio, of which 75% is credited to the User's internal Cheap-Host balance (25% retained as a service fee for reserved node capacity). Credited funds can be used for any Cheap-Host service.

No refunds or balance credits are issued if the server or account is terminated for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

05

NAT VPS Specifics & Network Addressing

NAT VPS plans operate via a shared public IPv4 address with an assigned pool of dedicated ports (999 TCP/UDP ports + dedicated SSH port).

The public IPv4 address (especially the shared IPv4 for the NAT VPS line) is not guaranteed, static, or permanent and may be replaced or reassigned by the Provider at any time in its sole discretion (due to network incidents, regulatory blocks, DDoS mitigation, traffic filtering, or node reconfigurations). When the IP address changes, assigned ports remain intact, the updated address is displayed in the control panel, and the User is solely responsible for updating their connection settings and DNS records.

Upon NAT VPS deletion, the assigned port pool and network routes are reclaimed and returned to the pool.

06

Account & Server Password Security

Initial generated server credentials are displayed in the control panel for User convenience. The Provider strongly urges Users to change their password inside the OS and switch to SSH key authentication.

After changing the password inside the OS, the Provider does not store or know the new password. Cheap-Host support never requests the User's internal OS password.

07

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The User agrees to strictly adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Prohibited activities include: spam, DoS/DDoS, cryptocurrency mining, phishing, malware, high-speed port scanning (Masscan), and public BitTorrent distribution.

The Provider reserves the right to immediately suspend services or lock accounts without notice upon detecting malicious network activity.

08

Availability, External Blocks & Liability Limitation

The Provider is not liable for server unreachability from specific ISPs or countries caused by regulatory filters (Roskomnadzor, TSPU, national firewalls). Such restrictions do not constitute hosting downtime.

The User bears full personal responsibility for data integrity and agrees to maintain independent backups of critical data outside the Provider's infrastructure.

09

Dispute Resolution & Final Provisions

All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. Support ticket response period is up to 15 business days.

The Provider reserves the right to update this offer. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website.
