Service Agreement (Public Offer)

Terms of use for Cheap-Host services

Last updated: August 1, 2026

01

General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer (agreement) of the Cheap-Host service (hereinafter — Provider) and governs the provision of virtual private servers (VPS/VDS), NAT VPS, and related services to individuals and entities (hereinafter — User).

Registration of an account in the Provider's control panel, placing an order, or making a payment for any services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this public offer.

02

Subject of the Agreement

The Provider agrees to provide virtual infrastructure services (compute resources, disk storage, network ports) in accordance with the selected plan, and the User agrees to accept and timely pay for these services.

Services are provided on an 'as is' basis. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with the User's software but makes every effort to ensure high service quality.

03

Payment and Renewal Policy

All services are provided on a 100% prepayment basis in accordance with the rates published on the Provider's website.

The User is responsible for monitoring their account balance and timely renewing server leases. If the balance is zero or negative, services are suspended (the server is shut down and locked).

A server suspended for non-payment is kept in the system for 3 (three) calendar days, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted along with all User data.

04

Refund Policy

The User has the right to request a refund of unused funds from their account balance within 24 hours of the first payment. The request must be submitted to support.

Refunds are processed minus the Provider's actual expenses and payment gateway transaction fees. After 24 hours from the payment, refunds for active services are not provided.

No refunds are processed if the account is suspended for violating the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

05

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The User agrees to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) published on the Provider's website. Spam, DDoS attacks, cryptocurrency mining, phishing, malware distribution, and network scanning are strictly prohibited.

The Provider reserves the right to suspend services without prior notice in case of detected network attacks originating from the User's server, or upon receiving verified abuse complaints.

06

Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the User, including lost profits, loss of data, or equipment downtime resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

The User bears full personal responsibility for the security of their data and agrees to independently and regularly create backups of critical information.

07

Dispute Resolution and Final Provisions

All disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. The period for considering written claims is 15 (fifteen) business days.

The Provider reserves the right to modify the text of this offer at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Provider's website.
